Difficult to say without explaining feelings. There was a lot of panic and strife and threats and doubling down. It was surprising how quickly things collapsed considering things seemed to be going so well. The situation could have calmed down but it kept escalating.

There was poor communication and it was something that truly wasn't a big deal that what was written about happened.
