Planning to wand it up until at least 35 when I can respec to shadowform.
But if wanding is comfy still at that level I might keep going until it feels like its falling off or getting annoying.
I'm sure shadow is a lot faster once shadowform comes into the picture as usual, but there's something comfy about just pulling a mob and starting the wand and just doing something on my other screen while it dies.
