Not really, they all pretty much stick to the same tropes and themes. Western vampire stories all borrow from the same canon of what a vampire story "should" be, modern ones just get to pick and choose what elements to include for the sake of marketability.
The closest one to an outlier there is Twilight and everybody shitted on it for turning its vampires into glowie xmen.
