Thoughts on the series? Always kind of loved the lore and the original PC games (played MW2:Mercenaries to death, even though I was barely halfway decent beyond "Instant Action")

Recently got my hands on a second hand copy of the 4th Edition Beginner's Set of the table top from the 90's that for the most part entirely intact (never played one before, so it should be interesting to say the least)
