I'm not sure if heights are listed anywhere. Red Shoes should easily take it though. Of the playable characters Grave and Red Hood are ones that come to mind as unusually tall.

The Grimm's model is due to English translation making bad choices. They're called Fairytale models or some such in other languages which better reflects their inspiration, they aren't supposed to exclusively Grimm's stories.
