I've worked a bunch of times subbing in the middle school in one of the richest areas in my state. The kids are completely bat shit. I saw a kid break his lap top, a kid get taped to his chair by two other kids, and had a shoe thrown at me. I was told by another staff member that they had a principal a couple of years ago who had the place running like clockwork, but the parents didn't like their kids being disciplined, so he got replaced.
