Short head felt like shit, so I had to ask for help to get the dumbbells into position for incline bench on the first two sets. So fucking over. Did 6 reverse pyramdi sets of db incline, then 3 pyramid sets of machine incline. Felt like I could coom from my upper chest. Also hit 24 kgs on shoulder press, but I only managed to do 2 reps so idk if I should stick to 22 instead or if I should spam 24 from now on. Then again, even if I stick to 22 that's still an improvement as after 6 sets of incline I only used 20 kgs a month ago. Absolutely no idea how much I could lift if my first set was shoulder press, as I never tried that, but honestly, I just like doing them after chest. Also added 2,5 kgs and a rep on top of that to the lateral raise machine since the last time I used it 2 or 3 weeks ago. Guess these lean away cable lat raises really are goated.

You need to bulk to be stronger if you're past your newbie gains. Even when you're still at your newbie gains phase, you will get stronger faster if you bulk. But by bulking you're adding fat to your body which you don't want. So if you gain weight, you gain muscle and useless weight, and by losing that useless weight, you keep (some of) the muscle you gained.
