Hot take but I've never liked the 9800X3D. Unless you play a lot of Grand Strat/MMORPGs it's a waste of money that needs a 5090 to really show any value over the 7800X3D. Also AMD priced it very poorly considering it's only 10-15% better than the Zen 4 X3D parts which means it should be no more than than ~$440:

Also $300+ for ANY motherboard is insane unlss you have a VERY specific feature-set in mind that cannot be satisfied by any of the several dozen boards below that model's price point.

I don't see a point in spending extra for a premium NVME when they are perform basically the same at random Q1T1 read/writes that are the crux of client PC usage. Might as well maximize your $/GB here and redirect the savings back to the GPU or CPU (or get a bigger SSD).
