Iskanders have horrible CEP, FABs have terrible killchains (and CEP too), artillery too, thanks to the Soviet doctrine that has to pre-approve all fire missions. Drones are the only ones that properly answer. And they do not 'blanket' them, they fire at grids in general. This was appropiate in the 60s when their communications didn't allow for anything else, right now it's just incompetence, a weaponized one.
I don't get your point about artillery either, fire missions have been stable for Ukraine, they have diminished for Russia (iirc something about three shells per fired Ukie one), and their vehicles are mostly used as QRFs for Russian exploits. I haven't even heard of an AFV/AFV engagement since a night engagement between Leo 2s hitting T-62s in Zaporizhia.
Also, no, Russia lost four officers on the 155th just this month (ironically enough it proves that they can restructure the unit everytime it gets mission-killed), compared to Ukraine's, well, zero. Also, neither do they have lots of meat, you should see the order of battle for the two, Russia has mobilized even the Far East Military District for this. If you wanted I could show you their storage bases (where T-62Ms were) being used to send vehicles to the front.
I think you're emotionally invested on this. The only thing you said that's right is that the lines are advancing west, but the pace's terrible.
