Why would I want to use a (assumed very expensive) robot to fold laundry when I can get folded laundry from a laundry cleaning company that has a dedicated machine that does a neater job?
Am I missing something obvious here?

And the cleaning robot - it's a nice thing when you have a lot of time, but in a time constrained environment like a hotel it just seems way to slow.
