You didn’t see earth curvature with a little model rocket. Even those within your own religion would disagree with your claim. Also, It is important to realize that all optics have a limit to how far they can see, including cameras and our own eyes. This limit is equidistant from the point of observation, which means that the extent of the limit of our vision literally creates a curved circle around the observer which can give the impression of a curve; this is not actually a physical curve, but rather just the limit to how far you can see in all directions.
