Considering Hitocutie managed to find a loophole there and killed just his soul which effectively split him into 2 completely different persons(original is ded), I think he would definitely be able to find a loophole in Orsted's technique now that he knows about it, only advantage Orsted had was that Hitocutie simply didn't know about it, that's it.
Still speculation of course but considering what Hito managed to achieve in the past its not hard to consider he'll have countermeasures in place now.
