Yeah, but that's presumably only when the Fighting God armor takes full control and possesses the wearer, which it didn't have enough time to do while K3 was wearing it. Vol 1: Rudeus makes a magical bracelet that reverts someone's age to be the same age as they would be on a specific date. The intention is to revert Zenith to the day before the teleportation incident, so she can live her life from that point on without the curse/blessing. Eh, maybe. Hitogami isn't going to keep his memories in the next loop. Orsted is going to have an even rougher time in future loops since Rudeus most likely isn't going to be in them, but it's not necessarily impossible, especially since he has knowledge from this loop that could help him, like the curse suppressing helmet. If he builds that thing immediately at the start of the next loop, he could essentially start building an army to take down Hitogami at the start of the loop rather than 100+ years in.

The #1 thing that Orsted learned this time (aside from the fact that he got a LOT closer than ever before, since Hitogami never pulled Badigadi in the Fighting God armor out in any previous loops) is that he can't do it alone, and more importantly, he doesn't need to.

Hard agree. The initial premise of Rudy adjusting to another world/life is where the interesting character writing is. Something most modern adventure stories gloss like the very worst of the old stranger in the strange land pulp fantasies. That premise carries farther than just the initial novels but it does run its course.
The problem is once the initial premise is mostly resolved he really has nothing new that's compelling to write for the character. Most people defending the novels focus on things like
