You have confused suffering and pain. Check the pic plz. Pain is something that is done onto you. Suffering is a chosen response. This is the message I was trying to communicate.

Yes, bad things can and do happen at times. This is life, it would not be life unless this happens. What's important is how (YOU) chose to respond. Will you bad things infect your mind/soul internally, get under your skin, and spoil/soil yourself with more 'bad' feelings and thoughts? This choice is yours to make.
