The only powers in the region of any actual military relevance - the gulf states and Turkey - would essentially just sit back and cluck their tongues if Israel decides to give the entire Iranian line of succession the Nasrallah treatment. The kikes and camel jockeys aren't all going to be holding hands and singing kumbayah around the campfire just because Khameni croaks and there would be a number of problems that would crop up immediately (mostly in the form of militant groups who have lost their patron and probably massive internal instability in Iran) but you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone in MENA who would shed a tear for Iran. KSA in particular would probably declare it a national holiday because their view of the conflict between Israel and Iran is pic rel.
