what I'd really want to see is a proto western game, that separates itself from the movie tropes. This has been done in film and literature:

for some reason vidya is still mostly stuck with bang bang pew pew.
They need to make either a Oregon trail adventure survival game with some telltale games style characters ('85 game is too old).
Or a game about beaver/buffalo hunting in the early 19th.
