Genuinely could go for half the asian continent and much of the historic European tribes, I would generally place them as Celtic mixed with maybe Native Americans but even that feels flimsy. For Orcs I think outside the Mongolian armour they are just standard fantasy orcs, it's a shame because with their elven background they could have some much more variety shown off. In the lore there are even Orcs who worship Trinimac but to my knowledge outside of less darker clothes this doesn't change much of their culture which seems like such a waste.
