Hmm, losing weight during the earliest phases of hrt won't set me back forever, no? I started overweight and I'm currently eating at 1400kcal daily and shooting for 80g of protein minimum, but I'm factoring excersize in on a calorie calculator so that will be a lot higher on days I'm in the gym (5 a week). I'm 4 months in and have like, a handful of titty so I don't think I stunted anything.
