You can actually. Just buy or download a framework and you won't have to write any code. But I'm moving the goalposts here I guess.
I get your point. I do think doing shit like this gives you some degree of programming prowess, but I can see why you don't think it's good enough to qualify. Either way, when doing the switch to programming, there will still be a degree of learning involved.
