your preferences might vary but in my opinion basically fucking everything. Their articulation is almost identical, the RG has a bit more colour separation so I guess it's got a pro there, but otherwise most of the HG just looks far better to me. The larger skirts and shoulders and curved forearm covers are what really sell me, plus I'm a smooth surface ganger. Kinda annoying since I feel the opposite way on the Impulse overall, I think the RG looks better, but the HGCE looks nice enough.
