Do the tengu have ties to the press of the human village? I'd like to report a case of continued harassment. The newsboy that delivers the Bunbunmaru journal has repeatedly shown up behind my window, watching me. Every time I try running to the window to get my hands on him, he's already gone, like he's INSANELY fast.
I've even been hit by a camera's flash a few times. Now, I have to keep up with this stupid journal just to make sure my pictures don't just get randomly leaked.
Is there any way I can protect myself, or an authority I can report this issue to? Here's a photo of the newsboy in question.
