Unless they aren't loading at all I don't think that's it. Everything else seems normal.
Looked at a youtube video of the same hunt and, youtube compression aside, I guess they just look like that. Just lazily reusing the existing asset you're meant to not look at too closely when exploring and putting it in the middle of an extended cutscene closeup, I guess.
