-can't maintain eye contact and have face blindness
-is sensitive to physical contact and doesn't like hugging her parents out of fear of hearing their stomachs growl and feel their breaths

Japanese salarymen managers thought they could command the top talents (Gura, Mumei, Fauna, Ame). That isn't the case for Westerners. Managers are seen in the West as facilitators who "manage" problems rather than leaders. The talents themselves in the Western conception are leaders.
So because Gura and the other girls would not kowtow to come wageslave nobody, they got fired/left the company. You can't tell the people who drive your success that they must listen to some non-creative gook in his 20s.

Mumei was my oshi for her unarchived karaokes, which was basically her only content. Missed it. Listening to the tweet on repeat.
