So found them but apparently they are in French they are called "Le Monde Est À Nu" not sure if someone subtitled them in English. Another documentary I remember watching too is called Undressed: A History of Nudism

A concept I don't think I've ever watched except for a couple of exceptions are gameshows with nudity
