Yeah, I find it easier to just ignore the bad until I'm in a good and clear headspace to actually work through it and compartmentalize it all, if you try to worry about it when you're still in it it's like trying to call your friend to tell him about a fight you got in, while you're currently being curbstomped yknow? keep it pushing, good times come, I've been hella low before, and the circumstances didn't change, I just got better at handling them, and stopped being a hateful and spiteful person
