Vintage PRL Andrews are often recommended as an inexpensive high waisted pant. Pretty tough to come by in Europe though. I see that 90s vintage Dockers (that don't have the "since 1850" on the tag, pic related) are available on Vinted. They also seem to have a 12" front rise based on ebay listings. Any experiences?
