When you take in a fuck load of simple carbohydrates you have an excess, which is stored as fat.
So your body is going to produce excessive LDL in the process of making you a fat ass because you're taking in way more than you're burning.
It's not "I'm eating animal fat and thats just automatically transported around my body as LDL and clogging my heart!", because dietary fat is going to be first up on the list of being burned calorically after sugar.
Basically veganiggers don't define what LDL is, make it like it's this shit you only get from animal meat and that it will kill you. They don't even talk about how the body can produce LDL without ever taking in a single bit of animal product.
