this should have been a broad-based movement called Keep Servers Alive that affected all SaaS. calling it Stop Killing Games, a misleading name which doesn't actually express the goal, and making it only about games is what caused the movement to fail because people hear the name and immediately dismiss it as gamer manchild shit that can be safely ignored.
