She belongs in t0 for support dmg dealers she's good despite the nerfs. That being said, take a look at the t0.5 support dmg dealers. Its not that much of a competition. Also people have to start recognizing that Topaz is now the most powercrept character in this game as of now. Having a free 4-star do what she does on the same level and now a five-star doing what she does but leagues better has really made it so she's not as necessary.
