Here is the move:
>Graduate BMT (which gives 4 college credits for physical education lol)
>Graduate tech school (which also gives college credits)
>Get to your operational base
>Upgrade to 5-level in your AFSC
>Go to the education center and ask them a million questions (TAKE NOTES)
>Look at your CCAF degree requirements
>Determine what CLEPs and DSSTs (see info in OP) you need to take to complete your CCAF degree

Finishing a bachelor's degree in a four-year contract is realistic but also highly situational.

BAH is calculated by duty station zip code, rank, and whether or not you have dependents. It's supposed to cover 95% of the cost of the housing your rank and dependent status is entitled to. I have no idea what they sought to gain by changing it from 100% to 95%.
