I am talking about USA.
Asians are naturally less predisposed to be overweight and their diet and eating habits (like portions size) are indeed massively more healthy.

But in case of USA when people say "its cars or fast food hurr durr" they are completely wrong. Check US in 70s they all drove cars and ate burgers and they were fine.
