Don't even get me started on the movie Baronesses. Either of them.
The makers of the live action movies don't get Baroness at all. They just don't seem to understand that she's supposed be a total psycho. She wears these glasses because she doesn't care if it makes her look dorky. She's not about being cool or fashionable, she's about murder, war crimes and terrorism.
They keep casting actresses that just look too soft and weak to be her and they make them wear "cool" shades like she's Trinity from Matrix or something.
But I guess they're partly getting it from the cartoon, which already softened her compared to the comic character.
