In my 1-on-1 today, my manager walked me through a spreadsheet showing that I’ve been taking 2–3 times longer than the original estimates on my tickets.

I pretty much said lay me off if I’m taking too long and he said there were no layoff plans at the company. I’m honestly so sick of this field and I barely have a savings but I just don’t give a fuck
