Also uh, dunno if it was clear, but I made that mockup. took the gargoyle, colored him yella (should be easy, I will sharpie the fucking joints if I have to) and his loincloth red (almost certainly much harder, but eh) took apart his head, simulated sculpting over parts of it (he already has approximately the right brow and ear shapes, just way too small), and- oh I see, I posted the wrong version without the notes and articulation sketches.
I have a bunch of spare balljoint and hinge kits in case anything gives me more trouble, but the neck should be doable I think.
