However, the decapitation strike on Hezbollah and forcing them to seek a separate peace, followed by the decapitation strike on Iran and total destruction of their air force and massive drop off in their ability to fire missiles (as well as their interception rates), is wild.

I don't think they had that much to do with the collapse of Assad, but the timing also helps the narrative. Iran's entire empire got raped in a few decisive operations.
I expect that Hamas may hold out a while, even a year or more, but they will eventually accept total surrender and disarm.
