Isn't that a good thing though? Seeing a tempered wound on Lagi or Seregios feels like an "oh shit lets go" moment compared to them popping up every 20 seconds on base game monsters. I think red wounds should be a little more frequent for the sake of IG and CB players, but I'm pleased with blue wounds being rare now.
