I need help figure out what to do
>work late night shifts
>my schedule is usually something like
>1500-1600 pm wake up
>work 17:00-1:00am
>get home and do weights and cardio
>shower and sleep around 4:00-5:00am
If i eat till around 2 hours before i sleep will this fuck up my weight loss?
