Solution 9 feels too clean and settled, as though technology has been stable and reliable for a while. No other Final Fantasy game has that. The world of Final Fantasy 7 for instance was barely industrialized outside of Midgar, and Midgar itself was barely developed. Technology is treated as a foreign element in its fantasy world. Whereas, Yoshi-P wants us to forget that Solution 9 is foreign by making it a central hub and everyone have S9 gear. It's too "normal".

Why is S9 gear even given out as a PvP award when the Wolf's Den isn't in S9? It's not Eorzean.
