I do believe if you want to improve relations with Captain sisko, it may be necessary to create some light "razzing" of commander sisko may be in order. Perhaps point out how his cranium does not grow natural hair follicles as male pattern baldness is often a source of light ridicule among humans. I have also heard that many around the station have referred to commander Sisko as a "baseball-american" though I am not sure of the Genesis of that insult.
