Two things:
1) It's too skinny to apply pressure to both vertebrae that would separate a connection in your neck, so it would never have worked. You need a thicker rope/cable and a thick knot as well.
2) Also you shouldn't kill yourself. I had a friend that hung himself. Finding the body really mentally fucked my other friend up for years. At the very least don't go out like that, but you should also remember that you're leaving behind a ton of people to pick of the pieces of your fuckup, no matter how you 'unalive' yourself, as the zoomers call it.

Pretty sure this is a shitpost, but just in case, don't kill yourself. If you think your life was shit until now, that ain't gonna fix it. It's just going to have your least thoughts be of regret, and make everything five times as shitty for the people you care about.
