Don't get me wrong, I didn't rank any characters based on how useful they are to Monoma, they are there on their own merits. I'm just mentioning what makes them stand out or what keeps them there compared to others that have similar power levels.

Maybe so, the main thing is he can stun lock you into a ToD combo from almost any range and his overall kit is very versatile. His ability to 3rd party doesn't shy far from anyone I put in A, like Tech Denki, which is a big plus.

Well, if you wanna sort it by whatever breakpoints you feel are necessary, go for it. The default one is extensive enough to me and the differences between high A and low A aren't important enough. I get what you mean by it feeling balanced across the board, you sort of have an opportunity to fight it out using your niche but it's not a fair one.
