answering my own question: all dots on the radar were red till I upgraded "radar colors" and "radar entity diference". I'll admit, I was secretly hoping this thing would despawn or something. Wishful thinking. Thankfully it appears to be stationary for now? As long as it stays there I ain't gonna complain.
