As for your powers, you have weak telekinesis, only good for fetching small objects or stealing things from pockets, but you can form telepathic bonds with people (and other beings) who trust you to communicate over long distances and without words, as well as to implant ideas if you have enough time to hypnotize someone. It's not instant, but it's fast. You could hypnotize a jail guard and implant "I'm free to go, actually" in a few minutes, but if she isn't alone other people may notice what you're doing. You can only implant one, relatively minor thought at a time, but there's no limit to how many you can put in one being. No, you can't just make someone a sex slave... but you can convince an escort that her time with you is longer than what you paid for (repeatedly), or make some random hot woman think she's inviting you to her bedroom tonight, unsure as to why.
With more time, you can slip in more ideas. "Well because I'm horny, don't have a husband, and want sex", or "Part of my job is to give him blowjobs". You'll need to cater the thoughts to every different person, but you can have fun with it.
