The models are ripped as soon as a character shows up as an NPC or the day the beta starts so we used to get early model swaps and work in preparation of applying it to the playable model as soon as it goes live. Unfortunately modding sites put up a rule that you're not allowed to share mods made with leaked/beta models and now even Asian sites are following it (to avoid lawsuits). All we get are WiP images now.
