I would agree but I can enjoy the fake ones too. Although I'm not a biggest fan of implants and the fact that they can flip upside-down isn't a pleasant thing either. When the fat get surgically transplanted to a certain spot it doesn't feel that fakey to me but still, yeah.
I feel that the only real advantage of surgery in our case may be that it can make hips look way wider, which can't be done otherwise because you can't train bone. We will always have a male-proportioned pelvis.
