It's clearly a dogshit ele shaman that isnt using chain lightning on an aoe boss when he isnt haste capped from bloodlust (used unoptimally here) or elemental mastery and didnt even use fire elemental totem with his procs when they clearly have a demo lock already in raid for sp buff.
