It’s a common beginner exercise where you draw the contour of things in a single stroke without looking at the drawing. I never used it beyond that, but today I was watching a lecture on tree sketching where they mentioned that blind contour is the quickest way to sketch this type of environment. It adds imperfections easily, which is great for organics.

Your lineart is really good, but there are a few odd choices. The boob being inscribed inside the arm looks weird, same with the left glute.

beside that, you drew the left shoulder beautifully
