You take the principles learned in the gym about discipline, consistency, trial and error, risk/reward, short and long term goal setting, the joy that comes from hard work, having realistic expectations about what you can/cannot achieve, and perseverance through failures and apply them to real life.

Hey retard.. you should learn how to read before posting. I don’t have focus issues. I have anxiety and sleep issues. I have had these issues for my entire life, even as a child. I thought I was a lazy faggot which was super demoralizing, but it turns out that’s just an anxiety issue.

I’ve been on every prescription sleep medication. Your normie tier sleep advice is fucking useless; it takes me 3-4 hours to fall asleep without a sleep aid and then I wake 3-6 times throughout the night.
I lift weights 5 days a week and do HIIT on the stationary bike for 20-30 minutes 3x a week.
