Not tried them, but earmor C51s seem to have a detachable microphone, so you could just leave it off. They don't have the cool steel headband though. I have tried their in-ear hearing protection and it's OK, not amazing but better at cutting out background noise than my Sony noise-cancelling over-ear headphones.
