The point is that the fat ginger's audience and reach completely dwarfs pekora's outside of Japan (and even in it if we're looking globally), and outside of the stragglers from hololive, those kinds of people are the only viewers the ex-holos can can pull from now that they don't have big H giving them free JP viewership.
Again, they will be fine, but as it is, they have not done anything to cause any kind of impact in the english streaming or vtuber community due to focusing entirely on their cobbled together, insular unit.
In other words, they're less impactful despite having bigger noombers because they haven't been actively reaching out to replace the fans dropping off with their new overseas audience pool, and thus the only people they've been influencing is their own decreasing audience.
This is not an attack on you or them, but just a clear observation of how they've behaved since returning, as it is likely they won't continue on this path for long and will eventually start doing more once they've settled.
I don't know how I can make this any more clear that the ones constantly reaching out and investing in the community have a bigger impact than the ones who don't.
